**Responsibilities**
Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Offering a wide range of support to multiple teams
- Processing returns and claims
- Order processing
- Preforming general administration tasks
- Filing, scanning and digitizing documents
- Purchasing office supplies and ensuring the office is maintained
- Other ad hoc duties as directed
**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to build rapport and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computing skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
- Able to work as an effective team member across different departments
- Experience in distribution or warehousing would be an advantage
- Previous sales or relationship building experience highly desirable
