**Core Responsibilities**:
- Lead & be accountable for owning the digital shelf scorecard. Driving the delivery of key KPI metrics, and managing stakeholders in order to deliver results.-
- Turning digital shelf insights into action, with a goal of constant optimization. Optimisation in such areas as PDP pages, thumbnails, organic on-site search, naming conventions, taxonomy, etc.-
- Drive digitally influenced mindset - Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate execution of strategy; create regular touchpoints for feedback and coordination to improve the consumer journey and experience with LEGO brand online.-
- Lead the set up activities for new launches and PDPs. Coordinating to get products live-
- Digital eComm asset management. Collates, localises and distributes materials for Product pages updates by specific customers as needed.-
- Responsible for communicating and sharing the digital shelf journey across the commercial organization. Including sharing of best practice locally & regionally.-
- Local representative for the online scraping tool - eStore or equivalent.-
- Build strong & manage stakeholders both internally (Sales / marketing / regional) and externally (customer UX teams).-
- Ratings & Reviews - Own the relationship & co-ordination of Home Tester Club sampling & review Syndication (Bazaar voice)**Play your part in our team succeeding**
Ecommerce is a strategic priority for The LEGO Group, in particular how the digital environment is a key influencing pillar along the consumer journey.
This role, Assistant Digital Merchandising Manager will provide support in bring to life the LEGO brand across key accounts, working closely with the eCommerce, Sales & Marketing teams to drive growth.
The successful applicant is encouraged to bring digital/ecommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the channel, but to help build stronger digital capabilities across BU ANZ to innovate for the future.
The role is responsible for digital merchandising and close collaboration with Marketing, LEGO regional and global ecommerce networks and external partners to optimize the customer experience and journey and ensure the LEGO brand and products are presented in the best possible way on retailer sites.
The Assistant Digital Merchandising Manager will represent TLG in their day to day interactions with our business partners, bringing to life and delivering on our Partner Promise, and in true LEGO fashion, have fun doing it and ultimately bring the LEGO play experience to many more children in Australia.
**Do you have what it takes?**- 5+ years' experience in digital & Digital merchandising within eCommerce. Experience with consumer-packaged goods and/or children's category strongly preferred.-
- B.A. in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field with high level of academic achievement is preferred-
- Detailed knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices in the B2B landscape.-
- Direct "hands on keyboard" experience with digital media for B2B eCommerce accounts (e.g. Amazon Advertising) or other external media agencies-
- Deep working knowledge of eCommerce sites, including understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies.-
- Ability to partner with cross functional stakeholders including but not limited to sales, brand marketing & analytics, in order to solve complex problems and deliver financial results.-
- Independent, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere. Adaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behaviour.-
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Understand what it means to achieve success with others and through others-
