Role
The Finance Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end finance function, spanning reporting, planning, compliance, systems, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and supporting analysis
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and internal policies
* Owning budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control processes
* Providing clear financial insight to senior leadership to support operational and strategic decisions
* Partnering with business leaders and delivery teams to provide visibility across budgets, forecasts, and performance
* Analyzing financial and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives
* Maintaining robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks
* Supporting system improvements, reporting automation, and process optimisation initiatives
Candidate Profile
* CA or CPA qualification
* Experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role within a complex, operationally focused organization
* Strong capability across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
* Sound knowledge of tax, statutory, and compliance requirements
* A hands‑on approach combined with strong judgement and attention to detail
* Experience improving systems, processes, and reporting effectiveness
* The confidence to operate autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders
