Responsibilities
* Coordinate a range of business, administrative and procurement activities for the Playgroup Services Unit, including fleet coordination, human resources requirements, program reporting, ICT asset management, professional development coordination, program level budget monitoring, general meeting support, secretariat services to the South Australian Playgroup Reference Group, maintaining the integrity of records management systems and project support.
* Contribute to the support, delivery, and maintenance of efficient work practices within the program.

Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed, renewed every five years. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN–EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course, updated every three years. Remuneration
ASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
