You’ll be responsible for providing home-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP) and Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs. Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients’ strengths, goal-directed interventions, and maximizing independence and autonomy. We aim to redefine how Allied Health is delivered in Community Aged Care. You will be part of a supportive team with regular team meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision, and support from the Clinical Lead of Occupational Therapy.About You:You are a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist with excellent clinical skills, committed to continuous learning and delivering best practice. You want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem, empowering them to make choices, and achieving exceptional outcomes.
