The **Talent and Workforce Partner** will ensure The Gordon has access to the talent it needs when it needs it, through the development of a strategic approach to talent management, in collaboration with key internal and external partners.

The role is required to meet the evolving resourcing needs of the organisation. The role will design and deliver workforce plans in partnership with the business and PSC Business Partners. This includes the development, integration and maintenance of policies, processes, programs, tools, reporting and governance; coordinating the operational delivery of core talent resourcing.

You will oversee the governance for The Gordons contingent workforce and ensure a structured, compliant, and cost-effective approach.

**Salary**: $109,738 to $115,581 p.a. plus Superannuation
- Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate_.
