Role
The role has responsibility for leading the civil team and preparation of civil documentation for a wide range of projects. As a Civil Team Lead you will be managing various projects that will range in nature and size across commercial and high-rise building projects.
Ensure professional, concise and consistent quality civil design documentation and coordination with the team.
Competence with project scope, time and cost requirements to meet budgets and objectives.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
Essential Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering discipline.
A positive work ethic, strong client focus and an excellent team player who can lead by example.
Hold CPEng and NER accreditation.
Someone who still enjoys getting on the tools, but can effectively delegate and guide/mentor others.
High level of expertise and hands-on experience, local experience as a Senior Civil Engineer or Team Leader across a range of various projects.
Experience and competence using appropriate civil design software.
Must be highly proficient in Civil 3D, DRAINS and MUSIC and have experienced designing and managing Australian building projects.
