Operating for over 35 years and employing over 100+ staff, we have developed many of the systems which the bulk of Australians use daily, including and not limited to road systems, transit passenger, and sporting displays.
Some of these include electronic speed signs in tunnels, school zones, service stations, car parks, sporting arenas, and rail & bus stations throughout Australian roads.
Due to significant company growth and successfully securing major contracts in Queensland & Northern NSW, we require additional staff to complement our organisation at our brand-new factory in Yatala, QLD.
- Have excellent communication skills, well-mannered, and punctual.
- Show initiative and logical reasoning.
- Can follow instructions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Must have a driver's license (Probationary license minimum)
- Familiar with the use of Windows OS and MS Office
- Competent in the use of hand tools/power tools
- Familiar with QA and OHS practices.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment as required.
- Some fitness level as lifting ladders and batteries is involved.
Main Job Role
- Field works - Onsite repairs and maintenance with a senior technician.
- Prepare detailed service and failure records and reports.
- Assist in maintaining department stock levels.
- Working on the production floor assisting with manufacturing and assembly.
- Assist with the installation of electronic signage.
- In-house component level repairs, quality control and FAT testing.
- Complete documentation in-house and out in the field inc. toolbox and SWMS.
- Be available for remote work for up to 2 weeks duration.
- Travelling daily attending sites in QLD including Northern NSW.
