Responsibilities
* Provide advice on land and property financing and valuation matters.
* Advises clients on property investment analysis, pricing strategies, and financial modelling across multiple asset classes, including recommendations for acquisitions or sales.
* Research and advise on the administration and use of land and property.
* Prepare consultancy reports and strategic advice to maximize the value of development land, office, and retail properties.
* Develop and implement sales and leasing proposals for commercial land and property.
* Manage office leasing campaigns, negotiate lettings, and coordinate sale of commercial properties, including retail warehouses and office campuses.
* Provide asset management services for the administration and use of land and property.
* Offer clients strategic advice on asset management and disposal strategies to optimize property portfolios.
* Analyze land and property investments through detailed investment analysis and underwriting, including financial modelling and market assessments, to guide purchase and sale decisions.
* Manage land and property portfolios and commercial property developments, overseeing the lifecycle of transactions from pitch to completion.
* Calculate values by considering market demand, condition of items, future trends, and other factors; examine market data and property conditions to determine accurate valuations and pricing for various asset classes.
* Examine property, select methods of valuation, and submit written assessments.
* Provide comprehensive valuation reports using industry-standard methods to support client decision-making and sales processes.
* Give evidence in legal proceedings, mediate on valuation matters, and provide rental determinations for arbitration purposes; prepare detailed assessments and strategic advice that may support arbitration, mediation, and legal proceedings related to property valuations.
