Curriculum Coordinator Role Overview
The Curriculum Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the school's curriculum, providing guidance and support to teachers in planning, assessment, and instructional practice.
This position is central to promoting a consistent and evidence-informed approach to pedagogy, while also managing key operational areas such as student behaviour processes and daily relief staffing.
Working closely with school leaders and teaching teams, the Curriculum Coordinator actively contributes to the achievement of the school's Annual Improvement Plan, building a culture of collaboration, professional learning, and high expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic oversight of teaching and learning across the school
* Offer guidance and support to teachers in planning, assessment, and instructional practice
* Foster a deep understanding of catalyst strategies that drive student growth
* Manage key operational areas such as student behaviour processes and daily relief staffing

Requirements
