About the Role
We are looking for a caring, proactive, and highly organised Office Manager to support our team and help keep our office running smoothly.
Based in our Deakin office, this role plays an important part in supporting our daily operations, including office administration, HR coordination, rostering support, finance assistance, communication, and client enquiry support.
You will be someone who enjoys helping others, creating structure, and bringing calm and stability to a busy workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day office administration and workflow
• Maintain office systems, documentation, and policies
• Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling
• Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, records management, and compliance
• Support finance administration, such as invoice processing and expense tracking
• Oversee and coordinate office resource allocation, including office equipment, supplies, and workspace management
• Be a key communication point between the office, management, and support workers
• Assist with client enquiries in a warm and professional manner
• Provide executive support to senior management as required
• Help ensure NDIS quality standards and compliance are upheld
About You
You are an organised, reliable, and empathetic professional who values teamwork and enjoys supporting others. You take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and bring a positive and calm approach to your day.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration, HR support, coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently when needed
• A high level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace)
• A positive, respectful, and team-focused attitude
• Sound knowledge or experience in finance or accounting will be highly regarded
