Job Title: Full Time Store Manager
About the Role:
As a Full Time Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with your Area Managers to coach and grow your team, using your previous retail management experience to inspire and motivate them to greatness.
* Ensure store KPIs (sales and customer service) are met
* Develop and nurture a high-performing, customer-focused team within a fast-paced environment
* Maintain an inclusive store culture, ensuring it is a positive and all-round awesome place to be
* Identify and lead the recruitment for new store team members
* Collaborate with your team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careers
