A leadership position is available for a high-achieving professional with expertise in managing retail networks within the luxury industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, sales performance, and network development across Australia and New Zealand. They will lead a team of boutique managers and office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand the retail and wholesale network, ensuring increased visibility and profitability.
* Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, acting as their primary point of contact for commercial discussions.
* Collaborate with HQ and Southeast Asia teams to deliver excellent retail, wholesale, operations, marketing, and communications outcomes.
Client Development
* Propose and monitor local marketing initiatives to recruit new clients and nurture existing communities.
* Create a pipeline of initiatives to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
P&L Management
* Oversee profit and loss, proposing and implementing annual budgets.
* Monitor budget expenses and provide corrective action if necessary.
Team Management and Development
* Lead and manage the boutique and office team, focusing on delivering excellence and development.
* Identify, develop, and retain talent within the team.
Operations
* Manage merchandising allocation and assortment for Retail, Wholesale, and Travel Retail networks.
* Ensure timely customer service and repairs, utilizing Regional Shared Services as needed.
Training
* Organize regular training sessions for the team and retail partners' staff.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in leading retail within the luxury industry.
* Demonstrated exceptional people management skills, inspiring and developing the team.
* Ability to create and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
