About HCCA
The Health Care Consumers' Association (HCCA) is the peak advocacy organisation for health consumers in the ACT. We work to improve the quality and safety of health services and advocate for health equity for people living in the Canberra region.
HCCA helps consumers have a say in the design and delivery of health care and represents the needs and priorities of consumers to the ACT Government and health services.
About the Role
This is a new role and offers the opportunity to strengthen HCCA's communications and member engagement. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation and evaluation of our Communications Strategy.
The role will support the work of the entire organisation and work closely with the team to create high quality and engaging communications, support promotion and delivery of our events, and strengthen member engagement.
This role will involve digital communication and marketing activities, basic graphic design, and data analysis to support reporting and evaluation.
