The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager who is eager to learn and has a clear goal of progressing into a Property Manager role. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.
You will work closely with an experienced Property Manager, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of residential property management while being mentored and trained for future career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
* Liaise with landlords and tenants in a professional and friendly manner
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trades and suppliers
* Assist with routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing condition reports
* Support rent reviews, lease renewals, and tribunal preparation
* Manage emails, phone enquiries, and follow-ups
* Assist with arrears management and tenancy administration
* Ensure compliance with legislative and company procedures

* Professional presentation and strong work ethic
* Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (preferred)
* Previous real estate or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
