About your role
Joining us as our new Major Account Manager based in Melbourne, you'll love this opportunity to take full ownership of your role. With the majority of your time spent on the road visiting clients, your primary focus will be to not only maintain our key accounts but also develop strategies that will ensure ongoing growth.
In addition to this, when it comes to generating new business, your knack for identifying sales and revenue opportunities and your ability to deliver effective solutions will be the skills that see you exceed expectations, and in return be well rewarded with those monthly commissions
When not out on the road, the rest of your week will be spent with our national team, implementing sales plans for particular brands, monitoring new product launches, preparing reports, and ensuring performance meets our objectives.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow major accounts while developing strategies to ensure ongoing growth.
* Identify sales and revenue opportunities and deliver effective solutions to exceed expectations.
* Spend the majority of time on the road visiting clients.
* Collaborate with the national team to implement sales plans, monitor product launches, prepare reports, and ensure performance targets are met.
What's needed
Your experience in the forklift or MHE industry would be well regarded. It will be your proven sales performance in previous industry-related roles that will help you seal this deal
* Experience in forklift or the MHE industry is preferred.
* Proven sales performance in relevant roles.
