Job Description
As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team who are passionate about supporting NDIS participants living in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. In this role, you will use your exceptional clinical skills to make a difference in your clients' lives and foster the development of others within the broader team by:
* Delivering essential speech pathology services to help participants enhance their quality of life
* Visiting participants within the community, including their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
* Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to interpret findings and formulate treatment goals
* Participating in monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members
* Collaborating with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* A passion for teamwork within a multi-disciplinary environment
* A desire to make a meaningful community impact
* Experience delivering services under the NDIS
