This position will lead the operational management of St Pat's housing services ensuring our housing programs run efficiently, meet compliance and funding requirements and deliver excellent outcomes for tenants and the community.
This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, business efficiencies and a strong, values based team culture.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities:
Oversee tenancy and asset management services across St Pat's housing portfolio
Ensure compliance with legislative, contractual, and reporting requirements
Develop systems and processes that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Manage budgets, reporting, and performance against KPIs
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to support service outcomes
Lead and mentor a team aligned with St Pat's mission and values
About you
Experience managing housing or community services operations including tenancy and asset management, contract management, program monitoring and evaluation and high-quality service delivery
Strong understanding of tenancy management, compliance, and housing legislation
Proven ability to lead teams and implement systems for continuous improvement
Strong financial management and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated experience in managing collaborative and productive working relationships across Government, non-government organisations, service partners, contractors and consultants
