Accounting Professional
We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage and reconcile financial records for clients in line with Australian accounting principles.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute your expertise in financial management, analysis, and reporting. As an experienced bookkeeper, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing BAS and financial statements, and conducting regular financial analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and reconcile financial records for clients accurately and efficiently.
* Process accounts payable and receivable on time and in accordance with company policies.
* Prepare and submit BAS and financial statements to relevant authorities.
* Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or management accounting.
* Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of MYOB AR and MYOB Business.
* Proven experience completing BASs and working with trust accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Charitable Trusts and/or Aboriginal Corporations.
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
