Business Development Role

This position focuses on expanding brand presence across key customer segments.

* Built and maintained strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and executed strategies to grow premium brands in local markets.
* Developed and executed plans to bring brands to life and grew presence in key venues.

You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to understand market needs and drive new opportunities that will enhance our position in the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities

* Identified and pursued new business opportunities, building relationships with distributors, retailers, and On Premise customers. Implemented strategies to increase brand presence and revenue across key markets.
* Cultivated and managed relationships with key customers, ensuring their engagement with our brands. Provided innovative solutions that met customer needs and aligned with our business objectives.
* Presented creative, commercial strategies to customers, focusing on driving profitable growth and enhancing brand awareness.
* Gathered market intelligence to inform business development strategies. Conducted regular performance analysis, utilizing insights to refine plans and ensure success.
* Collaborated with internal teams in marketing, sales, and product development to ensure business strategies were aligned and executed seamlessly across all customer touchpoints.


Requirements

* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the On Premise channel or the beverage alcohol industry.
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
* Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing territory plans, and executing sales strategies.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to understand P&L management, budget allocation, and revenue optimization.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving business goals.
* Willingness to travel as required (up to 30%).
