Social Resilience Program Manager
The City of Hobart is seeking a motivated individual to develop and deliver programs aimed at enhancing social resilience in the community.
This role requires collaboration with external organizations, designing and implementing customized workshops, training sessions, and presentations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing funding opportunities to strengthen community resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and assess various programs aimed at enhancing social resilience.
* Collaborate with external organizations to create and deliver customized workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
* Identify and pursue funding opportunities for projects that strengthen community resilience.
Requirements:
* Diploma or higher in community development, engagement, education, or social sciences.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering programs and projects directly within the community.
* Current Driver's Licence and Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Card.
