As a Housekeeper - Hotels, you will play a crucial role in serving these stakeholders, particularly our
guests and property owners, by ensuring our hotels are clean, welcoming, and maintain high standards of
hygiene and presentation.
The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for the cleaning of Alloggio Public Areas as well as some motel rooms as
required. You will contribute directly to our guests' experience and satisfaction, embodying our
commitment to exceptional accommodation services.
Requirements
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Assist with the overall presentation of all Alloggio Public Area cleaning, including addressing
general lawn, garden, and small maintenance issues as they arise daily.
2. Clean common areas, including vacuuming and mopping of common area floors and hallways.
3. Check and clean laundry areas as required.
4. Ensure rubbish is emptied and back garbage areas and car parks are cleaned up as needed.
5. Use a systematic approach to ensure rooms and cabins are maintained to a high standard.
6. Assist with restocking of linen and consumables as required.
7. Provide excellent customer service when approached with questions.
8. Maintain a high level of respect for other team members and Management.
9. Maintain gardens and lawns at Tudor and Hanbury properties.
10. Ensure public outdoor areas are clean, bins regularly emptied, ashtrays maintained, and spaces are
enticing and relaxing.
About You

1. Honest and reliable with a great work ethic.
2. Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role is highly regarded, but not essential as on-site
training will be provided.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
4. Capable of working with minimal supervision.
5. Well-organized with a strong eye for detail.
6. Possess a "Can Do" approach, aligning with Alloggio's emphasis on curiosity and continuous
learning.
7. Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks throughout a shift.
