Home Tour Coordinator
Opendoor is introducing a new program called Buy with Opendoor. This program enables buyers to easily search for and purchase any property on the MLS, including Opendoor homes.
Opendoor is hiring an experienced Home Tour Coordinator who will assist customers with home tours for any property listed on the MLS, attend inspections, and handle other on-site or local activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with home tours by providing excellent service and ensuring they have a positive experience.
* Attend inspections in a timely manner and provide accurate information to all parties involved.
* Handle other on-site or local activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* An active real estate license is necessary to perform this role.
* A local board of Realtors and MLS membership are also required.
* Hanging your license exclusively with our brokerage is a must.
* You should have Supra/Sentrilock keybox access and a reliable mode of transport.
This role requires working independently while coordinating with the listing agent and meeting the buyer at the property. You will also be responsible for logging the tour in our system.
