What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the daily operations of the club, including managing staff, coordinating events, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
* Providing leadership and support to the club's team of hospitality professionals
* Fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment
* Mentor and motivate the team, offering guidance, feedback, and training as needed
* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during their visit
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Thorough understanding of hospitality operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
* Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Must have RSA & RCG
* Available to work a flexible fair rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, seven days a week.
