We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Architect / Senior Architectural Designer to support the Managing Director in the delivery of high-quality architectural projects across all stages.
This role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position within project teams, work closely with clients and consultants, and contribute to the mentoring and development of junior staff.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist the Managing Director in leading project teams and monitoring project performance across time, cost, and quality benchmarks
* Liaise effectively with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including clients, subconsultants, authorities, and building contractors
* Lead the development, coordination, and presentation of project deliverables
* Manage, prepare, and review documentation packages across all project stages
* Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members
*Experience & Qualifications*
* Minimum 6+ years of local industry experience
* Proven experience documenting and delivering a broad range of projects
* Strong construction knowledge and technical expertise
* High level of proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
* Demonstrated experience leading project teams
* Contract administration and on-site experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong understanding of Council and statutory regulations
