We are currently seeking an experienced Spare Parts Salesperson to join us at our state-of-the‑art dealership in Perth.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Parts, Accessories & Merchandise Manager, this position is responsible for providing superior customer service in our fast‑paced showroom working alongside a team of parts and accessories specialists.
Develop and share knowledge of all parts and accessories merchandise, parts history, and motorcycle service.
Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
Work with service technicians to ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met.
Assist service technicians in determining parts & accessories requirements for individual jobs.
Receive and process parts from distributors, check merchandise received against a purchase invoice and prepare the product for the showroom.
Parts Inventory management.
About you
Experienced in the Retail Automotive Spare Parts Industry
An enthusiastic and positive approach to customer service
Harley‑Davidson Experience and Knowledge an advantage
Availability to work on Saturdays
Great communication skills with a friendly and helpful approach
Outstanding attention to detail and data entry accuracy
