Position Purpose This role supports the HR Manager in delivering effective, consistent, and practical HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities while providing frontline support to employees and leaders. Key Details Permanent part-time role (3–4 days per week) Onsite across retail and warehouse operations Adelaide-based opportunity Reporting to an experienced HR Manager The Opportunity This is a hands-on HR Advisor role suited to someone who enjoys variety and being close to the business. You will support HR operations, coordinate processes, and provide first-level HR advice, while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Systems Maintain HR systems and employee records Support HR policies and documentation Assist with reporting and data updates Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment and interview processes Manage onboarding and inductions Support hiring managers with administration Employee Relations Provide first-level HR advice and support Assist with performance management processes Prepare ER documentation Escalate complex matters to HR Manager/legal advisors WHS Support Assist with injury management and reporting Support return-to-work coordination Maintain WHS records and compliance Learning & Engagement Support training coordination Assist with engagement and wellbeing initiatives About You – What You’ll Bring Experience in HR coordination or advisory support Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle Exposure to ER and/or WHS (desirable) Strong organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information A hands-on, team-focused approach Potential for Growth This role offers strong development within a structured HR function, with direct mentorship from an experienced HR Manager and exposure across all areas of HR.
