Strategic Business Partner Role
This is a key leadership position that requires collaboration with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals. The successful candidate will have expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, performance management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective HR solutions in partnership with managers to drive business results
* Lead the development of strategic plans to enhance our culture and capability
* Provide guidance on employee relations, support workforce planning and promote a culture of inclusion and engagement
* Guide performance management processes and provide coaching to leaders to enhance their skills and abilities
* Drive improvement of HR initiatives including induction, recruitment, policy development and compliance to ensure alignment with organisational values
