What you'll do
* Lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of the University's web applications and websites
* Guide architecture, engineering standards and modern development practices across a diverse technology stack
* Manage and mentor a team of developers and technical specialists, building capability and performance
* Partner with stakeholders across ICT and the University to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions
* Oversee prioritisation, incident management, delivery coordination and quality outcomes across the portfolio

* Strong experience leading software or web development teams in a complex ICT environment
* Deep understanding of modern software engineering, architecture and Agile delivery practices
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Experience improving engineering standards, delivery processes and team capability
* Background in higher education, government or another complex environment will be valued
