We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of brand-new product offerings from the ground up. This is a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio, with direct influence on what we build, why we build it, and how it drives commercial outcomes.
The Role:
* Building from Zero-to-One: Taking a blank canvas and transforming it into high-impact products that solve real customer problems and create measurable business value.
* Driving Strategic Vision: Playing a key role in shaping product direction, influencing roadmap decisions, and helping determine what we build next and why.
* Owning Outcomes: Taking accountability for translating customer insight into commercially viable product experiences that drive growth, scalability, and long-term value.
* Influencing Business Growth: Designing products that materially impact growth, scalability, and customer value, ensuring design decisions contribute directly to business outcomes.
* Leading Discovery & Research: Taking full ownership of validation activities to turn customer feedback and "unmet needs" into clear, actionable design opportunities.
* Executing End-to-End Design: Translating complex ideas into simple, easy-to-use flows across platforms, ensuring every detail and edge case is covered with high-quality craft.
* Navigating Ambiguity through Collaboration: Building strong partnerships with Engineering, AI, and Product to drive clarity, using prototypes and storytelling to align stakeholders and make fast, effective decisions.
* Elevating Design Standards: Delivering high-quality interaction design while stewarding our design system and embedding accessibility and brand standards across all work.
* Leading with Autonomy: Operating with a high degree of autonomy, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and taking full ownership of design outcomes from concept through to launch.
About you:
* Proven experience designing SaaS products, with a proven track record of shaping product strategy and launching brand-new offerings from scratch.
* Exceptional UX, visual, and interaction design skills with the ability to bridge Service Design and Product Design to solve complex, multi-step flows.
* Uses AI tools to accelerate discovery, rapidly explore concepts, and generate design variations.
* Self-starter mindset that thrives in undefined spaces, bringing order to ambiguity and questioning assumptions to find deep‐seated opportunities.
* Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic product decisions, not just design execution.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills used to manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and create alignment through prototypes.
