Service Coordinator/ Administrator
Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions is a local Darwin based company, which specialises in the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and catering equipment. We currently have a full-time position available for a Service Coordinator/ Adminsitrator, to work within our Darwin Office
As a service coordinator, you will be required to provide high level support to the managers and team at DRS. The successful applicant will need to have:
* High level verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide assistance over the phone
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing duties
* Attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner
* Capacity to take on new challenges and think logically
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Accurately handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
* Coordinate and assign workflows within our operating software with support from the Service Manager
* Able to obtain quotes and correspond with suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams and co-ordinate ordering, purchases, follow up on logistics to ensure products are made available in the given timeline for projects and clients
* Maintain registers with accurate and up to date information
* Experience within the commercial refrigeration and/or air conditioning industry preferred but not essential
* Provide general administrative support across the office as required
The successful candidate is preferred to have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar service, or scheduling role.
