Safety Coordinator | Kew
Be part of a team creating a safer, more comfortable world for everybody. We're looking for a Safety Coordinator to support the delivery of safety compliance across our retail network, partnering closely with Safety Advisors and retail teams to drive a strong safety culture.
About The Role
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role where you'll play a key part in supporting safety operations across a large retail network. You'll be responsible for managing incident reporting, training compliance, and supporting key safety initiatives, ensuring our teams are safe, informed, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the HIIQA system, ensuring all incidents and hazards are reported, investigated, and closed within required timeframes
* Support incident investigations and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Coordinate and maintain training records, ensuring 100% compliance with safety inductions
* Facilitate and deliver safety inductions for new team members
* Track and support completion of safety compliance activities, including inspections and emergency drills
* Maintain accurate safety documentation, meeting minutes, and compliance records
* Assist in preparing safety reports, dashboards, and communications for the business
* Build strong relationships with retail teams to drive engagement and accountability for safety initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a similar coordination or administrative role (safety experience a bonus)
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage retail stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* A proactive, team‐oriented approach with a passion for health & safety
