Role: Team Coordinator
Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Yuggera peoples)
Employment Type : Permanent Part Time / 25hrs per week

Your Impact:
As Team Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin of a dynamic function — enabling leaders to deliver strategic and operational priorities. From managing diaries, travel, and communications, to preparing high-quality reports and presentations, your influence will span every level of the team.
You’ll help foster a connected and engaged team culture, support recruitment and onboarding, coordinate recognition activities, and drive efficient administration processes. Your ability to handle sensitive information, build strong relationships, and adapt to shifting demands will be key to supporting a cohesive and high-performing team.

You’ll bring to the table:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced and dynamic office administration role, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines with calm and professionalism
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experienced in coordinating large meetings and supporting senior leaders with scheduling and logistics
* Desirable: exposure to finance and human resource processes
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
