We are seeking a Part-time HR Recruitment Officer to manage all recruitment functions for Garden Village, working 2days per week at 5.5 hours - 9:00am to 3:00pm, Perfect for a parent between school hours. This person will deliver a strategic, dedicated approach to workforce planning and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles across Garden Village
 * Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
 * Liaise with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs
 * Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future workforce requirements
 * Drive employer branding and outreach strategies
 * Conduct research into innovative recruitment practices
 * Investigate and assess skilled worker sponsorship options for hard-to-fill roles
 * Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics
 * Be involved in the onboarding process including phone screening and Interviews
