With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a newly created role for a Part Time Storage Manager in Thomastown.
**The Role**:
Reporting into the Operations Manager, our Storage Managers form an integral part of our company culture and business success. The responsibilities include:
Deliver and drive consistent, genuine service which adds value to our customers
Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets
Coach and develop our team to success
Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance
Commit to a safety-first culture, ensuring all compliance and administration tasks are completed to business standards
**About You**:
Your CV lists 1-2 years' experience within a management role or supervisory role
A proven track record in achieving sale targets and KPI's
Excellent communication skills matched with the ability to build strong relationships and manage conflict when required
Driver's license and car
Available to work Monday to Friday 9AM to 3PM
