The Role
You will manage our current sales and marketing function that includes a team of 10 external sales representatives and 2 marketing across the Greater South East region. You will drive this dynamic team environment by coaching and directing your team to deliver superior results through margin, credit control, and share of wallet management.
Working closely with internal sales support staff you ensure that we build key client relationships by: facilitating exceptional customer service, developing and driving sales strategies, coordinating group marketing activities and using superior sales analysis provided by our CRM,
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will have a combination of senior sales management and operational experience (8yrs+) giving you an understanding of the bigger picture as well as a strong coaching and mentoring focus.
This is a sophisticated role; you will be equally comfortable doing a sales gap analysis as you would be helping a representative close a major sale. Industry experience in building and construction, trade sales or manufacturing would be ideal. Tertiary qualifications would be well regarded but not essential.
