Location: Frankston (South Eastern Suburbs)
Contract: 6 months - hybrid
Pay Rates: $45 – $50 per hour + super
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end payroll processing, including tax, superannuation, leave, and other entitlements
* Process new pay rates, back payments, and employee variations in accordance with relevant EBAs and awards
* Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and internal audit controls
* Respond to complex payroll queries and act as a point of escalation
* Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
* Liaise with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and external providers
Requirements
* Chris21 software experience (preferred)
* Prior exposure to public sector payroll (local or state government) and complex award environments highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
