About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Procurement Manager to lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management across our network. This role will play a key part in ensuring we achieve the best value from our supplier base while supporting the successful delivery of new centre developments and ongoing operations. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Development teams to drive cost efficiency, consistency, and strong procurement practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
* Manage supplier agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements
* Monitor supplier performance and address underperformance
* Support procurement for new centre developments including fit out and equipment
* Ensure procurement supports on time and on budget delivery
* Drive value, cost efficiency, and supplier standardisation
* Support implementation and optimisation of procurement systems and processes
* Promote the use of purchase orders and structured procurement practices
* Ensure compliance with policies, delegations, and governance requirements
About You
* Proven experience in procurement, commercial, or contract management roles
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Experience working in a multi site or fast paced environment
* Ability to manage contracts, pricing, and supplier performance
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience with procurement systems or Procure to Pay platforms
* Commercially focused with strong attention to detail
