Client Maintenance Specialist
The Panorama Client Maintenance team is responsible for processing superannuation and investment requests for our advisers and members. This includes payments in and out from Panorama, amendments to accounts and account closures.
This role involves contributing to the overall success of the business through ownership, accountability and striving to achieve all the targeted goals of the team, as well as the wider Platforms & Investments business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective relationship participation between internal stakeholders, Business Units and the Panorama Program.
* Proactively identifying issues, problems and opportunities, contributing to potential solutions in regard to process efficiencies.

* Experience with superannuation processes and legislation.
