About the Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team to lead the planning, development, execution and measurement of automated, end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns by leveraging various digital channels such as social media, PPC, SEM, email and content marketing to achieve business objectives. This role is responsible for audience targeting, campaign budget allocation, data analysis to track performance and collaboration with other specialists and marketing portfolio leads. The role is a hybrid, part‑time role comparable to 4‑days per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with marketing team and campaign leads to develop campaign strategy, and execute digital advertising (Social, Search, PPC, EDM), automation and website actions to enable a best‑in‑class user experience and ultimately generate and convert sales leads.
- Design, plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns, automated & personalised email campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform in collaboration with Group Technology and Marketing Cloud Developer.
- Develop and optimise paid and organic digital activities that contribute to campaign KPIs and drive traffic to the oup.com.au website, goal of lead capture and customer acquisition.
- Drive website speed and ensure website experience is optimal across devices, applying brand guidelines, best practices and mobile optimisation techniques to website assets.
- Design, plan, execute and evaluate SEO and SEM strategies to increase OUPs ranking and ensure the right audience is served the right information for their decision making.
- Report on channel performance and progress towards campaign KPIs.
- Provide analysis, proactively look for opportunities to improve marketing analytics and insights to Head of Marketing and marketing team.
- Support Head of Marketing to report back to business on digital metrics and results.

About You

- 3+ Years' experience with enterprise‑level Marketing Automation Platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycles to assist in web experience, customer segmentation, automations, lead prioritisation and conversion
- Proficient in building reports, dashboards, campaigns, list sends in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Proficient in tools for SEO, SEM and data analysis such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
- Strong understanding and proven experience driving lead generation digital campaigns and full funnel digital campaign management.
- Expertise in analysing data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions
- Curious and proactive nature, with passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Creative skills, able to develop compelling content and visuals for various digital platforms
- SQL, HTML and CSS knowledge
