Position Details

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the quality of output aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
2. Maintain food preparation quality, ensuring consistency in appearance and taste.
3. Work effectively within the kitchen team to deliver well-presented food to guests.
4. Adhere to and monitor kitchen standard operating procedures.
5. Ensure timely and accurate inter-kitchen and department transfers.
6. Assist in developing the skills and effectiveness of kitchen staff through training, coaching, or mentoring.
7. Ensure all food served meets company standards.
8. Oversee performance standards for Stewarding Operations in the kitchen.
9. Minimize equipment breakage and optimize resource and equipment flow.
10. Provide guidance, management, support, and direction to kitchen personnel, collaborating with FOH management.
11. Serve as a role model in demonstrating appropriate behaviors.
12. Follow standard operating procedures, best practices, and company policies.
13. Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
15. Perform other related tasks as reasonably required by management.
