Lead Buying Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in buying, procurement, or category management, with a strong background in supplier negotiations, contract management, and margin control. You will also possess excellent data analysis skills and be able to make informed commercial decisions.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for leading category planning, product selection, and supplier negotiations across food, grocery, and general merchandise. You will build long-term partnerships with major distributors, review pricing integrity, manage promotional planning, and ensure margin targets are met.
You will collaborate with retail and logistics teams to ensure stock is delivered in full, on time, and on budget. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to think critically to drive business growth.
