The Project & Procurement Coordinator is an operational role responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of Paspaley's jewellery workshop, service, and logistics functions, with a particular emphasis on project and procurement processes within jewellery operations. Serving as a key point of contact for the operational team, this role ensures the accurate, timely, and efficient execution of special orders and product development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Workflow Coordination
* Assist in planning and coordinating daily operations and workload distribution.
* Support team onboarding and help maintain consistent knowledge and practices across the workshop.
* Facilitate cross-training and knowledge sharing
Operational Management & Service Execution
* Coordinate service jobs, repairs, special orders, and internal requests from initiation to completion.
* Serve as a central point of communication between the workshop, customer service, and retail teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
Product & Prototype Development Coordination
* Coordinate prototype and product development processes from concept through to completion
* Maintain accurate and update internal systems to ensure timely product launches
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
* Coordinate domestic and international stock movements, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to Distribution Centres and retail locations.
* Manage logistics documentation, purchase orders, consignments, and invoices in line with internal processes.
It is essential that you have:
* Proven high-level communication skills including verbal and written.
* Good time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
* The ability to work under pressure and effectively adjust to changing situations.
* Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* The ability to maintain strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
* Candidates MUST have a current Australian drivers’ licence and be an Australian Citizen or have permanent work rights in Australia.
