What you will be doing:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and education to promote optimal recovery and prevent recurrence of injuries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, chiropractors, and massage therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education activities to stay current with latest research and techniques in physiotherapy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and developing personalized treatment plans
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
