Our Antarctic Program aims to:

Job Description
The Cargo Planning Officer plays a vital role in our Supply Chain Operations team. This role involves forecasting and facilitating cargo in support of our Australian Antarctic Program.
You will engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including:
* Contributing to seasonal cargo forecasts.
* Maintaining succinct cargo planning documentation and clear seasonal communications.
* Working collaboratively with warehouse and biosecurity teams to coordinate consignments.
* Providing guidance on sensitive cargo items.
* Assisting Station Supply Officers with Return to Australia cargo forecasts.
* Participating in annual reviews of cargo-related Standard Operating Procedures.
* Delivering supply chain management training.
Key Responsibilities
