With a strong focus growth, as well as a drive to lead innovation and customer experience in the sector, they are poised for to deliver some exiting initiatives in the coming years. We are seeking a strategic, but hands-on operator to join the team as the new Head of Brand & Marketing which is a critical role in continuing to drive the business forward.
**About the role**
- Lead the delivery and execution of an integrated customer focussed marketing strategy and promotional plan with a mandate to drive growth
- Manage and deliver on a number of exciting projects across the business
- Identify strategic partnership & sponsorships opportunities to drive activation and experiential marketing
- Develop a robust digital plan with key focus across loyalty, mobile and social / content channels with a strong focus on driving frequency and occasions
- Work closely with the operation team to ensure strong collaboration
**Key responsibilities**
- Primarily focus on leading and developing the marketing & brand strategy
- Live and breathe the brand, ensuring authenticity and consistency across all customer touch points
- Ensure outstanding relationships with key stakeholders internally and managing any external agencies,3rd party vendors as required
- Financial and commercial responsibility, including the development and management of the marketing budget and reporting on ROI
- Drive and lead a high performing team ,focusing on delivery & setting clear accountability coupled with a commitment to personal development and effectiveness.
**Skills & experience**
- Tertiary qualified (Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent)
- Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, consumer or retail leading marketing & digital teams
- Respect for brand and creative, with a focus on driving and executing the plan
- Strategic planning, strong project management skills
- Financial management, formalised analysis/ROI thinking
- Exceptional leadership & Stakeholder influencing capability
- Demonstrates strategic thinking but happy to be operational and delivery focused
