The Brown and Hurley Group are growing quick and want you to be part of our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you will learn how to interpret and sell parts to customers, source parts for the service team and undertake stock take, administration and other parts duties
About you:
- Interested in a parts career in the agricultural retail industry
- Eager to learn, customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)

- Car, agricultural, machinery and other parts experts looking to move into the industry
What you’ll be doing
- Shadow and assist parts colleagues
- Participate in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing and delivery duties
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service and sell parts to customers
- Develop skills and knowledge in chosen trade
- Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the machinery they’re requesting parts for
- Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
- Process payments and prepare invoices
- Completing a Certificate III in Automotive Sales
