About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will partner with Western Australia's largest electricity generator and retailer of gas and electricity, providing assistance during various customer scenarios. Your expertise will be crucial in efficiently handling interactions, including billing concerns, payment plans and direct debits through inbound and outbound call channels.
Role Details
* Start date: 19th January 2026
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (rotating roster)
* No weekends or public holidays
* Full time: 38 hours per week
* Location: Davidson Terrace, Joondalup WA (on‑site role)

About You
We are seeking candidates who bring valuable customer service experience from various sectors—including contact centers, retail, hospitality, administration, and accounts—and can build genuine rapport, handle complex queries with care, and consistently prioritize the customer. The ideal person is tech‑savvy, an active listener, and confident in multitasking efficiently between different systems, even when working under pressure.
To Be Successful in This Role
* Build trust and deliver excellent service over the phone
* Navigate complex inquiries while staying compliant
* Effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
* Show resilience and flexibility in every customer interaction
* Use multiple systems confidently while actively listening
* Complete a National Police Clearance
* Have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
