We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
* This position is responsible for cleaning of guest rooms and replenishing of amenities.
* You are required to maintain the pantries and equipment in clean working order.
* Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards.
* Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and other amenities.
* Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and minibar items.
* Vacuum carpets, dust and polish furniture, and remove trash.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
* Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Executive Housekeeper.
* To have positive involvement and interaction with the overall West team both at individual and entire team level.
* Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
* You are required to answer guest requests and assist where possible.
* Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.
* Follow hotel security guidelines and safety procedures.
* Comply with all company policies.
What are we looking for?
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.>
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good physical condition and stamina.
* Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
