Job Description:
Partner with Operational Managers and SHE colleagues to develop, implement, and champion programs that foster a strong safety culture and deliver effective SHE leadership across our national footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify the implementation of the SHE strategy and continuous improvement plan at site level.
* Support the SHE manager in delivering objectives of the SHE strategy.
* Develop core training modules and coordinate training activities throughout operations.
* Review and update SHE management system documentation.
* Coordinate and manage training delivery across sites, providing feedback on external training.
* Assist sites with risk assessments and provide guidance.
* Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis.
* Counsel site and regional managers on SHE matters.
